Due to refrigerated handling requirements and the limited shelf life of research-grade peptide compounds, returns and refunds are not available once products have shipped. All sales are final upon shipment. Please review your order carefully before submitting.
Eligibility
Refund or replacement consideration may apply only for: (1) damage confirmed during delivery, or (2) incorrect products shipped. Claims must include the order number, photographic evidence of the issue, and must be submitted within 48 hours of confirmed delivery.
How to Submit a Claim
Email support@biointegrity.health with subject 'Refund/Replacement Request — Order #[number]'. Include full order details, description of the issue, and supporting photos. Our team will review and respond within 2–3 business days.
